YA Volunteer Credit Book Review In-Person
Grades 9 - 12
*All volunteer book reviewers must have their own library card to participate. You will need it when registering & checking out your book.
Use your library card to check out a YA book, fill out the attached review slip, & hand in for Volunteer Credit!
Instructions:
- Use your library card to pick a book from our YA Room & check it out. The book must be from our regular YA section (not Junior High & not Test Prep/College Prep). *Make sure you pick your book & check it out with your card before signing up - you will need the book information when registering.
- Register below. You can register between September 22nd - October 8th for the first book review.
- Below you will see the book review form. Print & fill out after reading your book.
- Read your book. You can hand in your book review form either in person to the YA Room or via email (yabooksreviews@hillsidelibrary.info). The book review can be handed in anytime from October 20th - 31st.
*Late reviews will not be accepted but you can sign up for our November session from October 20th - November 10th. The November review can be handed in anytime from November 17th - November 30th.
