Adult Workshop: Essential Oils & Self-Massage for Relaxation and Deep Sleep In-Person
Bring a water bottle or a thermos of chamomile tea, yoga mat and a blanket. Wear comfortable clothes.
Discover the art of winding down naturally in this calming workshop focused on essential oils and self-massage techniques. You’ll learn how to use specific oils to support the nervous system, relieve tension, and prepare the body and mind for deep, restorative sleep. Through guided self-massage practices, gentle breathwork, and sensory rituals, you can create your own personalized nighttime routine to utilize on a daily basis. Bring home a sample to use. Ages 18 +
There is a $5.00 materials fee due at least a week in advance of the program.
