Fall Session: Stay Active and Independent for Life! (SAIL) with Catherine In-Person
A fun 50 minute strength, balance, and aerobic workout!
Bring your weights to class.
Due to the popularity of this event, patron attendance will be taken prior to class. If patrons miss 2 or more classes without notifying the library, their name will be removed from the class list and moved onto the waiting list.
