Fall Session: Tai Chi In-Person
Tai Chi is designed to increase your flexibility and range of motion while improving your gait and balance. Tai Chi has been shown to reduce the rate of falls by up to 70%. Beginners welcome!
Due to the popularity of this class, patron attendance will be taken prior to class. If patrons are more than 10 minutes late and/or miss 2 or more classes without notifying the library, their name will be removed from the class list and moved onto the waiting list.
- Registration for out of district residents begins Tuesday, Aug 19 at 10am.
