Adult Cooking: Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups with Rich Dubai Chocolate! In-Person
Who says the kids should have all the fun at Halloween? Satisfy your chocolate craving by learning to make and then enjoying a deliciously sophisticated treat! Using Strawberries, Pistachio Cream, Tahini, Kataifi (shredded Phyllo dough) and Rich Dubai Chocolate, the Kataifi is toasted in a pan and blended with the tahini & pistachio cream. Then, it is layered with chocolate and berries for a scrumptious confection.
Patrons will not be admitted after class begins. Ages 18+ There is a $5.00 materials fee due at least a week in advance of the program.
Registration for out of district patrons begins Tues., Sept. 16, 10am
