Fall Session: Exercise with Antoinette! In-Person
This energizing one-hour class is designed for adults of all fitness levels, combining light cardio/dance with strength training to support heart health, build muscle, and improve daily function. Using light hand weights brought by participants, focus is on safe, effective movements that enhance strength, endurance, and mobility. Modifications are offered throughout so everyone can move at their own pace in a supportive, upbeat environment.
Please bring light, 1 to 3 pound weights, (can be water bottles or soup cans if you don’t have weights) to class.
Due to the popularity of this event, patron attendance will be taken prior to class. If patrons miss 2 or more classes without notifying the library, their name will be removed from the class list and moved onto the waiting list.
Registration for out of district patrons begins Tues., Aug 19 at 10am
