Fitness with Coach Jane In-Person
Beginners to intermediate are welcome to this class that will get you to challenge your fitness level in a comfortable environment. Learn exercises that will make you feel strong, more independent and confident. This class will include exercises that are aerobic, build strength, coordination while having fun.
